Reservations and Cancellation Information

We offer several weeks of deer hunting each fall. Four weeks of Firearms hunting (Tree Stand and 1-on-1 Hunts), one week of Muzzleloader and one week of Archery. We also offer 3 weeks of fall baited black bear hunting. In addition to our deer and bear hunts, we also offer 3 weeks of moose hunting. The first two weeks are Trophy Bull hunts, and the third week is a cow only hunt. The exact dates of each season change annually.

Our weeks fill up fast so we encourage you to book your hunt early in the year to ensure your weekly preference.

Hunt Package Rates Include: 6-Day Guided Hunt, 7 Nights Lodging and 3 Meals / Day

Muzzleloader Hunts

Bear
Hunt (1 bear)	$ 2,200 pp.
Trap (1 bear)	$ 2,200 pp.
Hunt & Trap (2 bear)	$ 3,000 pp.
Moose Hunts
Permit Holder Zones 4, 8, 9, 10, 5, 1, 2, 6, 3 & 11 (suggested applying order)	$ 4,500 (One Guide) $ 6,000 (Two Guides)

Additional Fees

Hunting License – ($26 Maine residents / $115 non-residents) Hunters must purchase a Big Game license before arriving at camp. For hunting license information please visit the Maine Inland Fisheries & Wildlife’s website.

Gate Fees – ($30 Maine Residents / $50 non-residents) Hunters must stop and register at a North Maine Woods checkpoint. Information on the North Maine Woods and visitor information can be found by visiting www.northmainewoods.org.

State Lodging Tax – 9%

Gratuities for your guide and camp staff are not included in hunt prices but greatly appreciated.

Reservations

To reserve your hunting adventure, we require a $600 deposit for deer hunts, $750 for bear hunts and $1,500 for moose hunts.
The remaining balance is due in full by September 1st for deer and moose hunts. The remaining balance is due in full by August 1st for bear hunts.

Cancellations

All deposits and payments are completely non-refundable for any reason.
